The Uijeongbu KB Insurance Stars defeated Seoul Woori Card WooriWON at home with a score of 3-2 (25-18, 21-25, 25-22, 20-25, 15-13) in the 32nd round of the 2021/22 Men’s Dodram V-League. The club from Uijeongbu thus further strengthened 2nd position in the chart, having 8 points more, but also one more match played than today’s rivals.

Today, the main gun of the KB Stars, Keita, tied his own V-League record for most points in a single match, achieved on November 3, 2020, at 54 points! The 20-year-old Malian had a high attack success rate of 69%, helping his team to continue battling for No. 1 in the regular season (the position that guarantees a direct slot in the playoff finals). The KB Stars have only 3 points fewer than the leader Incheon Korean Air Jumbos. There are 4 rounds to go until the end of the regular season.
