Defending champions Odense Volley (4th seed) swiftly dispatched top-seeded ASV Aarhus in the semifinals, needing just nine sets across three matches to secure their place in the championship series. Led by the composed Varming, the cup winners once again proved their mettle in the playoffs, reminiscent of last year’s run to the finals as the 5th seed.
