
Calcit Volley and OTP Banka Branik will face off in the playoff final of the Slovenian Women’s Volleyball Championship. Maribor’s Branik easily beat SIP Šempeter in two semifinal matches, while Calcit had a tougher time, defeating Luka Koper in three games, clinching the final match 3:1 at home in Kamnik.
Though less dominant than in past seasons, both teams proved their strength when it mattered most. Sara Najdič led Calcit with powerful serves, racking up six aces, while Mika Grbavica was the top scorer with 25 points.
