FIN M: Mikko Esko leaves Halkbank and joins VaLePa

The best Finnish setter in the last decade and member of the national team of his country returns home after 14 years!

An experienced Mikko Esko (37) ended with his performances abroad and strengthen Vammalan Lentopallo VaLePa Sastamala.

The transfer of the star from Halkbank to the best team in regular phase in Finland (season 2014/2015) was cofirmed on VaLePa’s website.

Esko has played abroad in Germany, Belgium, Italy, Russia and most recently in the Turkey. His last club in home country was Keski-Savon Pateri.
