“The match gave us the chance to play against some players with Olympic experience,” Costa Rica’s Mijal Hines said.
“The match served as a warm-up for tomorrow’s match against Peru,” Dominican Republic’s Niverka Marte said.
“The match gave me the chance to rotate players because I am going to need all them in our next match,” Dominican Republic’s coach the Brazilian Marcos Kwiek said.
“I would love to have more weapons to play at this level but we only have been together for four days,” Costa Rica’s Andres Carvajal said.
