A 31-year-old outside hitter Šket came to the Polish side Radom after spending the last 3 seasons in the Turkish league, playing for Fenerbahçe and Halkbank.
Šket has 5 Slovenian Championship titles and Cups on his account, all with ACH Volley Ljubljana. In addition, he won the Turkish Cup once (Fenerbahçe) and Super Cup twice (Fenerbahçe and Halkbank). Šket is currently preparing with Slovenia for the Qualifying tournament for the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games, in Gdańsk (August 9-11).
Prior to Šket, Radom engaged middle blockers Bartłomiej Grzechnik (MKS Będzin) and Damian Boruch (Cuprum Lubin), outside hitters – Greek Athanasis Protopsaltis (VfB Friedrichshafen) and Bartosz Firszt (BBTS Bielsko-Biała), libero Mateusz Masłowski (Asseco Resovia Rzeszów), setter Michał Kędzierski (Globo Banca Popolare del Frusinate Sora, Italy) and opposite hitter Karol Butryn (GKS Katowice).
The club extended with middle blockers Michał Ostrowski and Slovenian Alen Pajenk, opposite hitter Michał Filip, Slovenian setter Dejan Vinčić and head coach Robert Prygiel.
Radom parted ways with these players: the middle blocker Norbert Huber (PGE Skra Bełchatów), Russian opposite hitter Maksim Zhigalov (Dinamo Moscow, Russia), outside hitters Jakub Rybicki (Lindemans Aalst, Belgium), Kamil Kwasowski (GKS Katowice), Wojciech Żaliński (Indykpol AZS Olsztyn) and Tomasz Fornal (Jastrzębski Węgiel) and libero Kacper Wasilewski (UKS Mickiewicz Kluczbork).
