Aluron CMC Warta Zawiercie officially confirmed its participation in the upcoming FIVB Men’s Club World Championship 2025, scheduled to take place in Belém, Brazil, from December 16 to 21.

The announcement means Poland will again be represented at the tournament for the first time since 2018. The event will feature eight teams from different continents, divided into two groups. Warta Zawiercie has been drawn into Group A, where it will face Volei Renata Campinas and Praia Clube from Brazil, as well as Al-Rayyan Sports Club from Qatar.
Club president Kryspin Baran emphasized that the team’s involvement is part of a broader plan to strengthen its international profile.
“Participating in the Club World Championship is an opportunity to promote our club and Polish volleyball while gaining experience against top teams,” Baran said.
The last Polish clubs to compete in the event were PGE Skra Bełchatów and Asseco Resovia Rzeszów in 2018.
