The middle blocker of Polish volleyball national team Andrzey Wrona gave an interesting statement about the referee who was in charge during the match against Iran vs. Poland at Azadi Sport Complex in Tehran.

Home team won this game 3-2.

The referee was from Bahrain. He really looked like he had to deal with the video challenge system for the first time. When I came to ask him something, he said that we should behave professionally. But, what about him? It would be nice to learn some language so we can communicate. In volleyball, as a referee you have to be imperceptible. The job is well done when you don’t speak about referee after the game” says Wrona.

He also added that Poland will target gold at the upcoming World League Final Six in Rio de Janeiro.
