The team coached by Andrew Smith claimed a set victories over Jastrzebski Wegiel, Generali Haching and Fenerbahce Istanbul. On the last day of the tournament, Asseco Resovia defeated Fenerbahce 3-0 (25:21, 25:21, 25:20) and Jastrzebski Wegiel beat Germany 3-2 (22, 25, 25:20, 25 : 20, 21:25, 19:17).
