Dynamo-LO earned a hard-fought 3–1 win over Kuzbass Kemerovo in a tense and emotional match full of aces, blocks, and comebacks.

The hosts started strong as Denis Biryukov delivered two aces for an 8:4 lead, but Ilya Morozov led Kuzbass back into the set. Three key serves from Ilya Yulmukhametov helped Kuzbass steal the opener 25:23.
Dynamo regrouped in the second set, with Semyon Dmitriev and Roman Murashko driving the attack. Kuzbass stayed close but faltered in the final points, allowing Dynamo to even the score 25:23.
In the third and fourth sets, Murashko, Osniel Mergarejo and Fiodor Voronkov took control. Dynamo’s steady defense and strong serving sealed the final two sets 26:24 and 25:20.
After the match, Kuzbass coach Sergey Trotskiy said, “We lacked experience and confidence in attack, but we fought well.”
Murashko summed it up: “It’s never easy to win in Kemerovo — the fans are amazing, but today we were stronger.”
