Dinamo Kazan
The team from Kazan have defeated Yenisey Krasnoyarsk in straight sets 3-0 (25-20, 25-18, 25-20).
It was a clash of the first placed and third-placed team of the Russian championship. Dinamo Kazan have managed to prevail over the rival, thanks to good performances of Nataliya Mammadova (16 points), Elitsa Vasileva (14 points), Voronkova (12) and Koroleva (10).
On the other side, Nataliya Malykh had 16.
“A lot of work has been done. We managed to keep the concentration throughout the match. This is very important and I am very pleased. The team took a huge step forward. Congratulations to our fans, they gave us a huge support. And congratulations to all of us for the first trophy in this season,” says Rishat Sirazutdinov, the head coach of Dinamo Kazan.
