For us it is important that our team has managed to provide substantial resources and allow this young, promising girls, to compete in such a big competition. Our expectations are not high but we hope that our quality, youth and enthusiasm, can surprise our opponents”.

The new captain of Crvena zvezda Julia Milovits added “I am very happy and honored that we will play in Champions League because we will play with the best clubs in Europe. We have a great opportunity to try some things that we practice in training. For us the most important are domestic Super League and Cup, but these games will be a great opportunity to gain experience for the national competition. Also, we can learn a lot from our opponents, because they have great players from all around the world. I am proud of our team and I believe we will be good even though we are very young”.

Crvena zvezda`s receiver Ljubica Kecman stated: “For now we just know Dinamo because this will be the third season that we are playing in the same Pool. However, it will not be easy. In the Champions League we can`t play how we want, we will play how our opponent allows us. We have a desire to prove ourselves and we will do our best.”
