For the third year in a row, NIS Spartak Subotica beat the Serbian champion Partizan Vizura in Belgrade, at least when it comes to league games.

Guests played a great match, took advantage of all the weaknesses of the Champions League member and won two big points after turnaround – 3-2 (25-19, 18-25, 12-25, 25-23, 15-7).

Although it was expected that the culmination of the drama will be seen in the tie-break, it did not happen. The team from Subotica quickly put themselves 5-1 up, soon 12-4, so the dilemma about the winner was already solved. Soon there was a huge celebration by Spartak players – 15-7.

Vizura missed its best player Tijana Bošković.

The best scorers in the winning team were Marta Drpa with 19 and Jelena Oluić with 15. In Vizura, Ljiljana Ranković had 21 while Sara Lozo and Bianka Buša added 14.
