TUR M: Galatasaray suffer first defeat, Daudi Okello’s display enough for the win over Fener!

Three teams are sharing the first place after six rounds.



There are no undefeated teams anymore in Turkey. Arkasspor have defeated Galatasaray, that suffered the first loss after five consecutive defeats. Robert Taht was the man who created this win with 21 points.

A player from Uganda Daudi Okello had a great display in a game against Fenerbahce, scoring 29 points in a 3-2 win. On the other side, Wouter Ter Maat scored 23 points.

Maliye Piyango is one of the teams that are currently on top of the standings. They defeated Jeopark today in four sets to stay in the top three teams of the league. Ivan Kolev was the most dominant figure with 21 points. 

Recall that Halkbank defeated Afyon yesterday in four sets.

Belediye Plevne – Fenerbahce 3-2 (25-15, 16-25, 21-25, 25-19, 15-11)

Arkasspor – Galatasaray 3-0 (25-19, 25-17, 32-30)


Halkbank – Afyon 3-1 (25-20, 20-25, 25-10, 25-21)
