In a match of the round, Lube barely came out as the winners of the game after taking the tie-break against Modena.

Modena had a better start of the game but in the other two sets, they let Lube take the lead and control the situation.

However, the home team won the fourth set and forced the tie-break, where they couldn’t do anything to stop Lube from getting the win.

Ivan Zaytsev was the top scorer but his performance was not enough for the win this time – 28 points. In Lube, Tsvetan Sokolov and Yoandy Leal had 22 points each, while Osmany Juantorena contributed with 18 points.

Siena have finally managed to score a win in the Serie A1. Again, it was a difficult game for them, but they managed to prevail over Milano after five sets. Fernando Hernandez scored 21 points, while Yuki Ishikawa added 20 points. In Milano, Nimir Abdel Aziz scored 26 points, Timothy Maar had 19.

Perugia won the game against Castellana in straight sets but it was a hell of the game for the away side. Wilfredo Leon (20 points) and Aleksandar Atanasijevic (18 points) were the best in Perugia. In the home team, Mojtaba Mirzajampour had 17 points.

Trentino and Verona met each in this round and we can say that Trentino didn’t have any troubles to beat the rival. It is interesting that the head coach of Trentino didn’t use substitutes as he played only with 7 players, including libero Grebennikov.

Uros Kovacevic was the top scorer with 13 points, while Luca Vettori and Aaron Russell had 12 points each. On the other side, Stephen Boyer had 11 points.
