VakıfBank’s streak in the 2020/21 Turkish Women’s Volleyball Championship continued.

Although they played half of the matches in the 2020/21 Misli.com Sultanlar Ligi regular season, VakıfBank kept their unbeaten record and leadership in the standings. They beat Aydın B.Şehir Bld. by a 3-1 (25-8, 25-14, 22-25, 25-15) in Round 17 and got to 15-0 in the competition. Furthermore, VakıfBank recorded the 32nd successive win in total, counting the last season.

The Swede Isabelle Haak put down 26 points, while Kübra Çalışkan made 4 blocks on the winning side.

By defeating Türk Hava Yolları and ending the rival’s six-game (eight-game overall) winning streak, Galatasaray HDI Sigorta noted a seventh victory in a row (eighth overall). Ukrainian Olesia Rykhliuk top-scored Galatasaray with 23 points. Hazal Selin Arifoğlu added 4 blocks.
