Ivana Nešović in Çanakkale
“First impressions about city are great. The atmosphere in our team is amazing. The girls are young and full of positive energy and spirit. They have a wish to prove themselves and that’s great. We are working hard” – said Ivana Nešović.
About expectations in news season Ivana said:
“We have to do everything to be higher as possible on Turkish Super league table. We know that we are young, but sometimes, it can be advantage.”
She was satisfied with first part of preparations:
“We had preparations in Fenerbahce’s camp at the top of mountain where we filled our lunges with oxygen and we ran all day long. It’s unknown how many kilometres we have in our legs.”
The new season in Turkey will start for about month and a half:
“The season will start in October, but before the season, we will compete in Turkish national cup and in a few tournaments. Turkish league is the most quality for now, because the best players have gathered. It is challenge for me. I have played in Asian system which is different from this European’s” concluded Ivana Nešović.
