Halkbank
Current Turkish champion, which enters the playoff as sovereign leader in the standings, although still without star player Osmany Juantorena, beat third placed Ziraat Bankası in straight sets, but not easily – 25-23, 30-28, 25-18.
In the absence of Juantorena, Tsvetan Sokolov once again took the main role in Halkbank, scoring 20. Antonin Rouzier had 14 in Ziraat.
Fenerbahçe, playing with the best squad, chased the score against İnegöl Belediye and after equalizing to 1-1 and 2-2 in sets, overpowered the opponent in tie-break with 30 points from Ivan Miljković. Ersin Durgut scored 17 for İnegöl.
Beşiktaş missed the chance to qualify for the playoff as seventh. It lost in the city derby against İstanbul BBSK with 3-2 and allowed Maliye Milli Piyango to skip them on the table.
