HalkBank
Volleyball club HalkBank is well known for its male section, but today all eyes are focused on the women’s team! The reason is that HalkBank scored a stunning away win against the reigning champions of Europe – Eczacibasi! Gyselle De La Caridad was the top scorer in the winning side with 19 points, while Logan Tom added 15.
At the same time, Fenerbahce managed to break resistance of Nilufer after four sets. Polen Uslupehlivan led Yellow Angels with 19 points, while Kim Yeon-Koung scored 17.
