Gözde Kırdar Sonsırma, the 30-year-old receiver/outside hitter from Vakıfbank İstanbul, stated that she will likely say goodbye on playing for the national team.
„I will soon be 31 and the time has come for younger players to play“, said 2011 European and 2012 FIVB World Grand Prix bronze medalist with Turkey and Best Receiver of 2011 CEV Champions League.
