Meet two amazing American coaches who will lead women's and men's volleyball teams of their country at the Olympic Games 2016 in Rio de Janeiro.

After an incredibly successful career in both indoor and outdoor volleyball—winning two indoor Olympic golds (1984, ’88) and a beach Olympic gold (’96) — Karch Charles Kiraly was given the reigns of the U.S. women’s national volleyball team following the 2012 Olympics. Since taking over, Kiraly has guided U.S. volleyball to their first-ever FIVB World Championship gold medal in 2014

John Speraw, who took over as the U.S. men’s volleyball coach in 2013, guided the team to the ’15 FIVB World Cup gold medal and gold at World League 2014, effectively securing the U.S. a spot in the 2016 Olympics.
