CEV EC M: Albania – Great Britain impressions
“As I had announced before this game, the absence of our most experienced players negatively affected the quality of our play, especially in the deciding moments, like the final rush of the first set” said Albanian head coach Ylli Tomorri. “We tried it hard to bring it home in the second set but the experience of our opponents made the difference there as well. We shall not forget that two of our players debuted tonight in an international match and so finally I am pretty happy with what we did” he added.
