POL M: ZAKSA at 10-0, Trefl move up to 2nd place in charts

Grupa Azoty ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle didn’t feel the bitterness of a defeat in the 2020/21 Polish Men’s Volleyball Championship even after 10 matches.

Counting all competitions this season, Grupa Azoty ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle didn’t lose a single game yet. Beating MKS Będzin on the road by a 3-1 (21-25, 26-24, 25-23, 25-17), ZAKSA got to 10-0 in the 2020/21 Polish Men’s PlusLiga regular season, 12-0 overall. Kamil Semeniuk top-scored the winning side with 18 points.

With a win against Cerrad Enea Czarni Radom, the fifth in a row in the league, Trefl Gdańsk (Kewin Sasak 18 points, Bartłomiej Lipiński 5 aces, Marcin Janusz 4 blocks) moved up to second place in the charts, having five pointe fewer than the leaders ZAKSA.
