Reports from Greek outlets state that volleyball player Eva Chantava remains trapped in Nepal after unrest sparked chaos in the capital.

The 34-year-old, playing for Karnali Yashvis in the Everest Women’s Volleyball League, said she and her teammates fled their hotel and are now hiding in a forest.
“I’m not safe right now. They’re burning all over Nepal and we’re hiding in the forest, waiting for the army,” Chantava wrote on Facebook.
The league was suspended as clashes left 19 dead and hundreds injured.
