Eczacıbaşı Dynavit, a prominent name in the world of professional volleyball, is setting the stage for a robust 2023/2024 season. An integral addition to their roster is Naz Aydemir Akyol, an esteemed setter who returns to her home club where she first honed her skills.
Naz Ayemir, a product of Eczacıbaşı’s youth program, had an initial stint with the club from 2004 to 2009. Expressing her delight at the reunion, she shared, “Returning to where I started my volleyball journey at 9 brings me immense joy. Donning the orange and white colors again fills me with excitement. My hope is to contribute significantly to achieving the success that we aspire to.”
Faruk Eczacıbaşı, President of Eczacıbaşı Sports Club, warmly welcomed Naz back, stating, “We are thrilled that Naz, an essential part of our club’s history, is back home. With her, we look forward to reinforcing our team and continuing our journey towards excellence.”
Born in 1990, Naz Aydemir Akyol is not only an accomplished national team player but also an experienced setter. She kicked off her illustrious career with Eczacıbaşı Sports Club and has had a rich playing history, representing top-tier teams such as Fenerbahçe, VakıfBank, and Turkish Airlines.
