Paul Buchegger is set to rejoin Modena Volley for the 2024/2025 season. The 204 cm tall opposite previously played for Modena during the 2020-2021 season, marking a significant return after recovering from a lengthy injury.
Buchegger returns to the team after stints with Spor Toto Spor Kulubu in Turkey and Italian teams Vibo Valentia and Catania. Buchegger, recognized as the top scorer in the 2023/2024 Superlega with the highest number of successful attacks, aims to reclaim a leading role with Modena Volley. As the 2023/2024 club season comes to a close, Buchegger is currently playing in Qatar, contributing to Police SC’s efforts in both the Qatar Cup and the Emir Cup.
