UNI Opole has officially announced Bartłomiej Dąbrowski as their new head coach. The 31-year-old takes the reins following the departure of longtime coach Nicola Vettori, marking a new chapter for the ambitious club.
Dąbrowski served as an assistant coach at Developres Rzeszów between 2018 and 2024. In the 2024 season, he stepped up as the head coach of #VolleyWrocław, leading the team to a 10th-place finish in the Tauron Liga.
Speaking on his appointment, Dąbrowski expressed both pride and optimism:
“It’s a great honor to join the UNI Opole family. I’ve watched this club grow year after year, and I’m thankful to the management for their trust. I believe the team and the staff we’ve built will bring plenty of joy in the coming season,” he said via the club’s official social media channels. “To the amazing fans: UNI belongs to all of Opole. We’re counting on your support and energy throughout the season.”
