Dutch opposite Elles Dambrink is the newest addition to Reale Mutua Fenera Chieri ’76, arriving from German champions SSC Palmberg Schwerin. She follows Karla Antunovic, becoming the second player from Schwerin to join Chieri this season.
At just 21, Dambrink brings a strong resume: a Bundesliga title, MVP honors, and a bronze medal with the Dutch national team at the 2023 European Championship. She was also on the roster for the Paris 2024 Olympics and currently competing in the VNL.
“Chieri feels like the right place to grow,” said Dambrink. “I’m excited to play in Italy and challenge myself at this level.”
She’ll partner with Anett Németh, forming a powerful opposite duo for the upcoming season.
