Zhu Ting will stay with Prosecco DOC Imoco Conegliano for the 2025/26 season after a memorable return to top-level play. Following a long recovery from wrist surgery, the 30-year-old outside hitter helped her team capture every major trophy this season—Champions League, Club World Championship, Italian League, and Coppa Italia.
It’s been a season of “firsts” for Zhu, who described each title as a personal milestone following her time away from the sport.
“Every win this year felt special,” Zhu said. “It was my first time winning these titles after my injury, and I’m proud of how far I’ve come.”
Zhu joined Imoco last summer after two seasons with Scandicci and quickly became a key player, scoring 472 points across 37 matches. She was named Best Spiker at the Club World Championship and made a major impact in the Champions League final against her former team.
Looking ahead, Zhu is excited for a summer off from national team duties and the chance to rest and prepare for another big season.
“The fans at Palaverde, the team atmosphere—everything felt right. I’m happy to stay and keep building on this journey.”
