SSC Palmberg Schwerin are champions of Germany.

Schwerin have closed the final series of the German Bundesliga in three matches against Allianz MTV Stuttgart and on that way lifted their 12th trophy in the club history.

Top scorer of the last match once again was Louisa Lippmann who scored 20 points but Veronica Luna Carocci was named for the MVP of the match. On the other side, Michaela Mlejnkova was the best scorer with 16 points.
