The veteran setter, Pierre Pujol, strengthened the Polish men’s volleyball side, BBTS Bielsko-Biała.
The former captain of the France National Team, Pujol, got engaged by the PlusLiga side, Bielsko-Biala. It will be the second return to some country after 10 years in a one-year span by the veteran setter. Last season, Pujol returned to Italy after a decade (Sisley Treviso 2010-11, Gas Sales Bluenergy Piacenza 2021-22) and now to Poland, where he had also played 10 years ago (Fart Kielce 2011-12, BBTS Bielsko-Biała 2022-23).
The European champion with France (212 caps) in 2015 was hired by Bielsko-Biała to replace German Jan Zimmermann, who has just terminated his contract to go to Italy’s Vero Volley Monza.
