The fact: It’s going to be his first season in the best Polish men’s volleyball league, PlusLiga.

Acquiring the 30-year-old is a great success for the team from Gdańsk. Pablo Crer is the champion of Argentina and the best middle of the 2016 World Club Championships. He played many games in the senior squad of his country. The young team from Gdansk needs experienced players and Crer fits this role perfectly. The Argentine player signed with Gdansk a one-year contract.

I am very happy to move to such a strong league as Polish PlusLiga. I must admit that one of the arguments for changing the club to Gdańsk was also coach Michał Winiarski. He was a great player and will certainly be a very great coach. I was always impressed with his game and I am very happy that we will be able to work together. I know Gdańsk from arrivals to various tournaments with the national team of Argentina and I am very happy that I will live in this beautiful city. I want to give as much as possible to the team and I will do everything to play as good as possible throughout the season,” says Pablo Crer.

The club has also reported that the middle blocker squad will be completed by Karol Urbanovicz.
