Valerio Vermiglio, a two-time European champion with Italian Men’s Volleyball National Team, recently left Argentinian title holders UPCN San Juan after only two and a half months.

According to Italian journalist Gian Luca Pasini, a 40-year-old setter is close to sign with Italian Division 2 (Serie A2) team Caloni Agnelli Bergamo.

Bergamo are currently fifth in the standings in so-called Blue Pool (one of the two 2016/17 Division 2 pools).
