In blockbuster of the 20th round of Plusliga, runners-up Trefl downed leaders for the second time this season and became the only team to beat Zaksa in the Polish championship so far!
American Murphy Troy topped Trefl’s scorers with 22 points. Belgian Sam Deroo had 13 in Zaksa.
With this win, achieved with the support of 5,397 loud fans in „Ergo Arena“, Trefl came close to settling at the second place in the standings that leads into playoff finals. They are currently third, but have the same amount of points with second placed Skra and one game less played.
