At Superliga opening, Sesi prevailed over São Bernardo Vôlei 3-1 (25-15, 22-25, 25-20, 25-8), but it wasn’t quite easy as the final score shows.
Sesi outblocked opponent 17-10 and had a better percentage in the attack 39-24.
Superstar in the winning team, Jaqueline Carvalho, shared the top scorer title with teammate Dayse Figueiredo. Both scored 14 points, but Jaqueline was announced MVP.
In São Bernardo, Milka Silva and Carla Marques collected 11 points each.
