Italian powerhouse A. Carraro Imoco Conegliano ended their Pool A campaign with a commanding 3-0 victory (25-15, 25-14, 25-16) over Poland’s KS Developres Rzeszów. Conegliano, led by top scorer Isabelle Haak with 18 points. Support came also from Zhu Ting and Gabi Guimarães, each contributing 10 points, while Marina Lubian added 11.

Historic Milestone for Maritza Plovdiv
In Bulgaria, Maritza Plovdiv made history by advancing past the group stage for the first time ever. Playing in front of 3,000 passionate fans at the Kolodruma Hall, Maritza swept Croatia’s Mladost Zagreb 3-0 (25-15, 25-16, 25-19). This decisive victory earned them third place in Pool A and qualification for the CEV Cup, continuing their European journey.
Key contributors for Maritza included Victoria Koeva and Iva Dudova, each scoring 9 points, with Vanessa Agbortabi, Borislava Saykova, and Boryana Angelova adding 8 points apiece. The team’s aggressive start and consistent dominance reflected their hunger to make history.
