‘Hristo Botev’ gym
Bulgarian runners-up defeated Rakovski Dimitrovgrad 3-1 (25-16, 23-25, 25-6, 25-20) in empty „Hristo Botev“ gymnasium in Sofia. The reason why audience was excluded from attending the match of Round 15 of Bulgarian championship was pretty interesting.
The Sofia Municipality issued temporary ban to gymnasium to accept audience due to danger that the grandstands might not be able to support people on them. Even the FIVB’s (International Volleyball Federation) expert commission was engaged to examine the problem.
So, it means that, until further, Levski can not organize matches in this hall.
