The top-seed No.1 ACH Volley Ljubljana finished their semifinal campaign yesterday, as they made a sweep in the series against No.4 Panvita Pomgrad with a 2-0 (won both games in straight sets).
The second-seed Calcit Volley was forced to play Game 3 against No.3 Salonit Anhovo, which they won by a 3-0 and claimed the series with a 2-1. Interestingly, all three matches in the series ended in straight sets.
Primož Vidmar topped Calcit with 23 points, while Montenegrin Dejan Čabarkapa and Matic Vrtovec scored 15 points apiece for Salonit.
