The International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) released the new Men’s ranking list.

After the completion of the 2019 Men’s World Cup in Japan, the FIVB has released the latest Senior World Ranking for Men that will be, just like in case of the Women’s Ranking, valid for determining pools at the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games.

The silver medal in the World Cup pushed Poland to third place in the list which means that Italy, who underperformed in the tournament, dropped to No.4. The World Cup winners Brazil and bronze medalists, the USA, kept their positions as leaders and second-placed, respectively. No team managed to progress more than by one place, while the No.36, Venezuela, made the most significant drop – by five places.
