The choice of the International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) for the host of the 2021 Men’s Club Volleyball Championship fell on Betim, Brazil.
Betim, Brazil, will organize the next Men’s Club World Championship, doing so for the fifth time. The tournament will take place from December 8 to 12. The official launch of the competition will take place next week when more details will be communicated by the FIVB.
The club that will take the role of the host, Sada Cruzeiro (South American champions in 2019 and 2020), will be one of six participants. Other five clubs are the winners of the 2021 CEV Champions League Grupa Azoty ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle, Champions League runners-up Itas Trentino, South American Club Championship runners-up in 2019 and 2020 UPCN Vóley, EMS Taubaté Funvic (Brazilian champions in 2021), and Foulad Sirjan Iranian (Asian champions in 2021).
