“I am proud of my team. We learned a lot yesterday even though we had a 3-0 loss to China. We were able to recover in less than 20 hours to face the Netherlands. We played against them before and we tried to remember the skills and the serves. I want to thank my players. We still have to see what will happen in the match between China and the Netherlands tomorrow” said Ze Roberto.
Brazilian captain Natalia Pereira hopes for the semis:
“It was an important victory for us although we have to wait and see the results of the Netherlands and China match, which will decide whether we will advance to the semifinals.“
