Tourcoing have signed the Cuban international Julio Cesar Cardenas. It’s going to be his first season in Europe.
After debuting as a professional in Argentina with Obras San Juan, Julio Cesar Cardenas is now taking an important step in his career – playing in the French league.
This league has more demands and he needs to be up to the task to fulfill the requirements.
