Paris and Nice will contest the 2025/26 Coupe de France final after both secured dramatic 3-2 semifinal victories on Tuesday night, eliminating favorites Chaumont and Tours.
Paris edged Chaumont in a tightly fought battle, winning 3-2 (23:25, 25:18, 28:26, 21:25, 15:13). After splitting the first four sets, Paris held their composure in the tie-break to close it out 15-13.
In the night’s biggest upset, Nice stunned Tours 3-2 (21:25, 24:26, 25:23, 25:17, 15:13). After dropping the first two sets, Nice rallied to claim the next three, sealing their first-ever victory at Salle Grenon.
The result sends Nice to only their second Coupe de France final, their first since 2023, when they lost to Tours in Paris.
