At Palazzo Wanny, Savino Del Bene Scandicci delivered a near-perfect performance against Bergamo, securing a 3-1 victory (25-15, 25-16, 23-25, 25-16). Maja Ognjenovic orchestrated a stellar offensive display, with Antropova leading the team with 25 points, followed by Carol (16), Herbots (14), and Nwakalor (11). Despite Bergamo’s spirited third-set comeback, Scandicci’s exceptional blocking (8 winning blocks) proved decisive.
Milano’s Dominance in Monza
Numia Vero Volley Milano dominated Reale Mutua Fenera Chieri ’76 in straight sets (25-21, 25-20, 25-21). MVP Paola Egonu stood out with 16 points, supported by Daalderop (13) and Sylla (10). Milano’s strong reception (61% efficiency) and critical aces from Alessia Orro and Hena Kurtagic sealed their Final Four spot.
Novara’s Sweet Revenge
Igor Gorgonzola Novara avenged their previous loss to Eurotek Uyba Busto Arsizio with a commanding 3-0 win (28-26, 25-18, 25-19). Tolok led Novara with 21 points, supported by Ishikawa and Obossa (12 points each). The first set’s nail-biting 28-26 victory gave Novara the momentum to dominate the rest of the match.
