Cuneo looked dominant early, taking the opening two sets with authority. But Piacenza refused to fold. Led by the outstanding Efe Mandiraci, named MVP after scoring 18 points, the visitors mounted a spirited comeback. The match was ultimately decided by a brilliant block from Gianluca Galassi, sealing the tie-break and sparking wild celebrations among the Piacenza supporters.
