In the next season Nikola will play for Vero Volley Monza from Milano who has entered the Series A1 at the end of 2013/2014 season.
Nikola has signed the contract with the Italian team few minutes before Serbia started its match against Bulgaria in the FIVB World League.
On his FB Nikola wrote:
“After 3 amazing years in Germany, it is time to go… Thank you all for supporting me. Next destination is Vero Volley , Italy, Milano, let’s goooo!!!”
For media he added:
“This was one of the most beautiful days. I signed a contract with Monza and I can say that my dream came true because I always wanted to play in the Italian Serie A1”
