The Spaniard won one Spanish cup, a super cup and an Italian Cup A2, while at International level he grabbed a medal on four consecutive occasions in the European League, three silver and 1 bronze. He is beginning this new season with his usual enthusiasm and will to put himself to the test again.
“We’ll just have to play without setting ourselves too many targets – he said – besides, when you have such a young group it’s difficult to make any predictions. We’ll have to work hard and fight on court every Sunday. Personally, I want to find consistency and improve my game, gain confidence and do well. I feel like I’ve come to the right place and with the right coach”.
