ITA W: Bergamo celebrated win against Pomi; Acosta added 27 points

In the 14th round of the Italian Serie A1 for Women, Foppapedretti Bergamo scored their third victory in the seasons while the leader Imoco Conegliano celebrated the third consecutive win.

Today, Bergamo thanks, to Roslandy del Valle Acosta, who scored 27 points outplayed Pomi Casalmaggiore, who before three seasons was the champion of Italy. Miriam Fatime Sylla scored 16 points while Mina Popović 12 points for the winning team.

Ana Starčević finished the match with 17 points for Pink Family followed by Jovana Stevanovic 16 points, Valentina Zago and Brayelin Elizabeth Martinez who scored 14 points each.

After this round, Bergamo is still on “the red zone“ while Pomi is for now safe.

Imoco Conegliano, Igor Novara, and Mycicero Volley Pesaro scored wins after three sets while Scandicci defeated Monza 3-1.
