JPN M: Pádár stands out in first win of Toray, Kurek leads Wolfdogs to 4th success in row

Krisztián Pádár helped Torray Arrows finally leave the group of teams who didn’t feel the sweetness of victory in the 2020/21 Japanese Men’s Volleyball Championship.

The Hungarian international Krisztián Pádár grounded 35 points, including 6 aces, for the Toray Arrows in Round 6 of the 2020/21 V.League Division1 regular season for men. Thanks to such a display against the JT Thunders Hiroshima, his team recorded first win in the competition: 3-1 (20-25, 25-20, 25-20, 25-18).

The Pole Bartosz Kurek stood out in the fourth success in a row on the Wolfdogs Nagoya. He scored 34 points (5 aces) against Sakai Blazers (3-1 win).

The Panasonic Panthers kept the perfect record (6-0) and the lead in the charts after downing the JTEKT Stings, while the Suntory Sunbirds prolonged their series of victories to three.
