It’s been a rough week for Croatian defending champions Dinamo Zagreb, who suffered their third straight defeat (previously lost two matches in the MEVZA League), losing 1–3 (25-22, 19-25, 23-25, 22-25) to Kelteks Karlovac.

Dinamo started strong, taking the first set 25-22, but Karlovac quickly turned the match around. The visitors dominated the second set (25-19), came from behind in the third with four straight points to win 25-23, and controlled the fourth from start to finish (25-22).
Karlovac proved superior in blocking (17–9) and attacking points (45–43), while Dinamo served better (13–7) but made more errors. Karla Burđelez led all scorers with 20 points, including eight blocks.
In other match of the day, Mladost swept Osijek 3–0 (26, 22, 16) in just 75 minutes, staying dominant throughout.
